The Delta Hubwheelers square dance club has scheduled square dance lessons starting Feb. 1 and ending April 6 in Delta. This is a great opportunity for those interested to join the growing square dancing fun locally.

Babysitter training course set for October

The City of Delta Parks and Recreation Department will offer an American Red Cross babysitter training course on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 8:30 to 5 p.m. Class is for participants ages 10-16.

'Stepping On' balance class begins Sept. 13

Stepping On is an evidence-based seven week workshop that helps seniors to reduce falls and build confidence, sponsored by Delta County Memorial Hospital. The class starts Sept. 13 in an oncology classroom on the DCMH campus.
