Colorado's employment and population growth will slow for a third consecutive year in 2018. The state will stay competitive in recruiting and every major sector will add jobs according to an economic outlook released by the Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder.
About 20 elected officials, local government staff and planning commission members attended a presentation by Elizabeth Garner of the state demographer's office last week.
Delta County's population experienced a decline from 2010 to 2016, "but we are starting to see a turnaround" to that trend now, Garner said.
