From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
The sheriff's office received a complaint about a marijuana grow that was not fenced in and was within 500 yards of a school. Both are violations of state statute and the state constitution. Because of an increasing number of similar complaints, the sheriff's office has begun more strict enforcement. Failure to comply with written warnings could result in misdemeanor or felony charges, depending on the number of marijuana plants being raised. Raising marijuana plants for retail purposes is "absolutely unlawful" in Delta County, Sheriff Fred McKee reports.
