From the Delta Police Department:
Levi W. Duncan, 27, of Grand Junction was arrested and jailed for alleged speeding 66 mph in a 45 mph zone and driving under the influence (DUI).
Llanet R. Pacheco, 30, of Gunnison was arrested and jailed for alleged speeding 52 mph in a 40 mph zone, drove a motor vehicle upon highway when license restrained for alcohol offense and DUI.
Christina R. Mercado, 47, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged overtaking on the right after being involved in a two-vehicle crash at Highway 50 and Highway 92. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Daniel Gomez, 61, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
David J. DeBattista, 20, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $300 bond.
James S. Ross, 42, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged reckless driving after being involved in a single motorcycle crash in the 700 block of E. 7th Street. One person sustained unknown injuries and was transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
A 14-year-old female and a 17-year-old male, both of Montrose, were each issued a ticket for shoplifting.
A 16-year-old male of Olathe was arrested on a warrant and released on a PR bond to a parent.
Citations: 26 tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, 21 for speeding.

An Austin resident reported the theft of a trolling motor from his home on Weaver Road.
Employees arriving on a job shop on G Road, Delta, shortly before 5 a.m. spotted a suspicious individual on foot near the office. When they shined their car lights on him, he took off running. The sheriff's office is providing extra patrol.
Delta County Search & Rescue, sheriff's deputies and Delta firefighters were involved in the search for a missing man west of Delta. He was found on B50 Road after about four hours.
A Clifton man reported he was bit by a dog while attempting to repossess a vehicle from the dog's owner.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a disturbance on Rim Rock Road, Cedaredge, shortly after 8 a.m. Two males, Gordon Luebs, 62, and Johnathon Jensen, 29, were both guests on the property when an altercation began over a dog. Jensen was charged with third degree assault and transported to Delta County Jail after hitting Luebs in the face and possibly injuring his nose.
James Cook, 65, of Glade Park was involved in a one-vehicle accident on private property on G Road at about 8:30 p.m. He reportedly stepped out of his vehicle to take some photos. He failed to place the vehicle in park and it rolled into a tree, sustaining heavy damage to the front end. The vehicle was driven off the property.
Sheriff's deputies and Cedaredge police responded to a physical altercation between a father and son at a residence on Shirl Lane. Both parties refused to prosecute.
A vehicle was totally destroyed in a fire that occurred on Highway 50 just north of the Delta-Mesa county line at about 7 p.m. The cause is not known. No one was injured.
A driver from Wichita, Texas, and a driver from Bellingham, Wash., were involved in a two-vehicle collision at I Street and Cedar Avenue in Crawford at about 1 p.m. There were no injuries.
Kenneth Hillis of Cedaredge reported one of his cows had been killed and butchered while on a Grand Mesa grazing allotment. The cow was found on Hay Park Road, just off Old Grand Mesa Road. Whoever killed the cow was fairly proficient at butchery, taking select cuts of meat and attempting to destroy any evidence of ownership.
