From the Delta Police Department:
Shanna L. Guerrero, 39, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Shanna L. Guerrero, 39, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on three warrants with a total of $3,750 in bonds.
A 17-year-old male of Delta was charged with third degree assault.
Brian J. Hummel, 48, of Denver was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
Aaron W. Alloway, 21, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Tylor M. Naranjo, 24, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Allen C. Russell, 55, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving after being involved in a single vehicle crash in the 1200 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported or observed. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Humberto Pena, 33, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged second degree burglary, first degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Robert K. Brown, 31, of Delta was arrested and jailed on three warrants with a total of $1,500 in bonds.
Steven A. Winkler, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged prohibited acts (false information on a pawn slip).
Jonathan D. Foutch, 30, of Delta was arrested and jailed for a alleged second degree burglary and theft.
A 17-year-old male of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failure to yield right of way to oncoming traffic and violation of temporary instruction permit after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Main Street at 3rd Street. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Kent L. Church, 46, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed for alleged failed to display lighted lamps when required, owner operated uninsured motor vehicle, DUI and violation of a protection order.
Christopher J. Frentzel, 34, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged careless driving and DUI after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of Bluff Street. No injuries were reported or observed. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Felicia L. Barbee, 27, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Citations: Thirteen tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, four for speeding.

Deputies were asked to check out a suspicious male who was hanging around the Solar Court neighborhood east of Delta.
Deputies assisted the Cedaredge Police Department with a shooting on Grand Mesa Drive at about 2:20 p.m. A 33-year-old female died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
A Crawford resident went to a friend's house to retrieve a pistol he'd loaned out, and during the exchange the handgun was discharged. No one was hurt, but the Crawford resident believes the act was intentional. The friend claims it was an accident. The incident is under investigation.
A Gunnison resident asked for a welfare check on his son, believed to be suicidal. Deputies contacted the adult son in Crawford and found the father's concerns to be unfounded.
The theft of a 12-gauge single barrel pump action shotgun was reported from a home on Highway 348 outside of Delta. The front door of the home had been kicked in and the gun stolen during the short time the homeowner was away. The shotgun is valued at $1,000.
Deputies responded to Delta County Memorial Hospital, where 76-year-old Donald Anderson of Orchard City was being treated for injuries suffered in an ATV rollover. Anderson was transported from the 'dobies north of Delta to the ER by a family member.
Two snowmobiles were reported stolen from a residence on Highway 65 near Cedaredge. A 1995 Arctic Cat 580 cc, green and black in color, is valued at $500. A 1999 Arctic Cat 700 cc, green and white in color, is valued at $800. The incident is under investigation.
A fire was reported on Slide Down Road, Crawford, at about 1:50 a.m. An unoccupied house trailer on Edward Pagone's property was destroyed. Cause of the fire is believed to be a heat lamp.
