Katelyn A.M. Lee, 28, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disobeyed red signal light after being involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of 4th and Main streets. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Chaz J. Stone, 31, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,000 bond.
Brittney A. Barbee, 21, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged possession of Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chauncey J. Crowell, 42, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Joseph A. Clark Jr., 18, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,500 bond.
Lyle D. Nitzel, 44, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged criminal mischief and menacing.
A 17-year-old male of Eckert was issued a ticket for alleged possession/consumption of marijuana by underage person.
Chelsea R. Gilpin-Tiller, 27, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Ashley C. Salazar, 25, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,500 bond.
Eddie P. Diaz, 30, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Jasen A. Stangle, 35, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI.
Bobby R. R. Saenz, 48, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with no bond.
Brook K. Ware, 28, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged theft and third degree criminal trespass.
Citations: Seven tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, one for speeding.

Donald Tennant of Delta reported six cows and five calves, all black in color, were missing. They were last seen May 29-30 in a field along Breeze Road. Two of the cows have blue ear tags and three are branded with T3-bar. The brand inspector has been contacted. The livestock is valued at $10,000 to $12,000.
A woman arriving home from work discovered someone had broken into her home on 3300 Road, Hotchkiss, during the night. A Ruger P95DC 9 mm pistol and some collector coins were missing. There was no sign of forced entry. Later that evening, sheriff's deputies and officers from the Delta Police Department contacted a 15-year-old family member and an older companion. They located the stolen items plus some marijuana. The juvenile was placed at the Brown Center. Both individuals face charges of second degree burglary, criminal trespass and theft.
An Orchard City resident reported her Glock pistol was stolen, possibly by an acquaintance in Grand Junction.
At about 12:45 p.m., Crawford State Park rangers requested assistance with a pickup that was completely submerged at the Iron Creek boat ramp. Charles Peters, 71, of Montrose was unloading a boat when the incident occurred. A tow truck was called.
A Hotchkiss area woman reported tack had been stolen out of her shed about two weeks ago. Since that report, she noticed more items were missing.
The theft of tools was reported from property along Highway 92 near Hotchkiss.
A Hotchkiss area woman complained that her landlord has repeatedly entered her house without permission. He allegedly goes through her refrigerator and looks through other personal items.
Child Protective Services asked sheriff's deputies to stand by for the possible removal of children from a home in the Delta area.
A small brush fire was reported between two homes on Sunridge Drive, Delta. The blaze was quickly extinguished by the Delta Fire Department. While the fire came close to a wood fence and shed, no property was damaged.
Raymond Norvell, 52, of Delta was arrested and booked on a felony warrant for failure to comply with restrictions concerning controlled substance charges.
A Delta area resident reported an acquaintance broke into a shed and took items he owned, but which were being held for repayment of cash.
A Delta area couple reported the theft of prescription medications by their housekeeper.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a disturbance at F Road, Delta. A 40-year-old male was riding his moped when he accidentally ran over a chihuahua. That upset another male on the property, who then took a swing at the 40-year-old. The deputies could find no evidence to support his allegations.
Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic disturbance that began when a female party locked her husband out of the house because he didn't like what she made for dinner. It was determined the incident actually occurred in Montrose County and the investigation was handed over to the Montrose County Sheriff's Office.
Justin Gilbert, 27, of Littleton was injured in a dirt bike accident in the 'dobies north of Delta. Sheriff's deputies contacted him at the hospital, where he was transported after complaining of back injuries. He reportedly attempted a jump and went over the bike's handlebars when he landed in a washout.
Pete Lousignont, 18, of Delta suffered minor injuries when he rolled his vehicle near the intersection of Shea Road and Highway 92, Austin, at about 6:30 a.m.
On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
