From the Delta Police Department:
Raylynn M. Gallegos, 46, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged theft.
Joya A. Young, 41, of Cedaredge was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Missie N. Rundle, 31, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged false reporting to authorities.
A 15-year-old male of Delta and a 15-year-old male of Olathe were each issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct.
Justin M. Flanagan, 24, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged fraud by check.
Justin M. Flanagan, 24, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,000 bond.
Robert K. Brown, 30, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged abandoned vehicle.
Richard A. Nelson, 62, of Cedaredge was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving without injury after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 50 at Highway 92. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Randy D. Flint, 63, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order.
Jeffery M. Suazo, 20, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, DUI per se, and driving motor vehicle while license suspended.
Kenneth C. Meagher, 40, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $750 bond.
Ryan R. Kaska, 20, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $300 bond.
Janelle E. Seekins, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged DWAI.
Damian E. Rea-Contreras, 30, of Olathe was issued a ticket for alleged following too closely after being involved in a two vehicle crash on Main Street at 4th Street. One person was transported via Delta County Ambulance District to Delta County Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Jennifer A. Marquez, 31, of Grand Junction was arrested and jailed for alleged DUI, DUI per se and child abuse.
William A.S. Chalfant, 32, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Bradly D. Littlejohn, 37, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged failed to use turn signal, DUI and violation of a protection order.
Charles A. Burch, 45, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order and resisting arrest.
Citations: 13 tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, six for speeding.

From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
Kent Church, 45, of Cedaredge turned himself in at the sheriff's office. He is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing and criminal mischief and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
Criminal mischief and trespassing reportedly occurred at the D&S Towing lot on Highway 348. An unknown individual cut a fence, broke into a car and stole a couple of backpacks. It's possible the suspect is the owner of a vehicle that had been impounded.
A Delta area man reported the theft of $6,000 in $100 bills. There was no evidence of forced entry and a suspect has been identified.
Cedaredge firefighters and sheriff's deputies responded to a fire at 12041 Highway 65 in Eckert. The homeowner, Robert Sullivan, was burning brush and the fire spread to the front porch of his home. Damage was not serious. Sullivan was warned about failure to call the burn line.
The theft of an ATV was reported from a home on Tessman Road, Delta. The vehicle was later located and returned by a family member.
Delta firefighters and sheriff's deputies responded to an out-of-control agricultural burn at 1753 Highway 50 shortly before noon. No property was damaged.
While attempting to separate two of her dogs that were fighting, an Eckert woman was bit. She was transported by ambulance to the hospital where she was treated for a wound requiring stitches.
Suzanne Harper, 55, of Delta escaped injury when her car wound up in a canal off H Road. She told deputies she was blinded by the sun and missed a turn in the road.
Sheriff's deputies responded to an accident in the 'dobies involving a 30-year-old male on a dirt bike. No additional details were available.
Sheriff's deputies were called after a woman claimed her car was intentionally struck by a baseball. Although her father insisted charges be filed, deputies determined the kids did not intend any harm.
