From the Delta Police Department:
James Serrato-Perez, 26, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $60,000 bond.
Htoo Kpru, 40, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged signal lamps required, reckless driving and DUI.
Lucky Adams, 47, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment and obstruction of telephone service.
Crystal M. Vigil, 37, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
Ashley N. Windemaker, 30, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order.
Anthony M. Schrader, 27, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $2,500 bond.
Acza L. Marquez, 27, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged reckless driving and DUI after being involved in a single vehicle crash involving a building and a fence at 8th and Silver streets. No injuries were reported or observed. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Earl S. Douglas, 86, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving after being involved in a two-vehicle crash at 1800 and H roads. One person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Isaac J. Gallegos, 26, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Kendra C. Lehr, 22, of Eckert was arrested and jailed on a warrant with $1,500 bond.
Tora N. Boyle, 39, of Olathe was arrested and jailed on warrant with a $500 bond.
A 16-year-old female of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged failed to stop at a stop sign, eluding a police officer and drove a motor vehicle without a valid license.
A 14-year-old male of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged illegal possession/consumption of marijuana by an underage person.
Gerald J.B. Kline, 20, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $100 bond.
Jacob D. Schreiner, 20, of Hotchkiss was arrested and jailed for alleged disregarded a stop sign, DUI and DUI Per Se.
Joshua D. Horvath, 26, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Jason P. Valdez, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged driving while license revoked - HTO and possession of Schedule II controlled substance.
Citations: Eleven tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, three for speeding.

From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute on E Road, Delta, during which Gary Springer allegedly backed his vehicle into another vehicle. Damage to the driver's side of the Dodge Charger was estimated at $5,000. Springer was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, harassment and domestic violence.
The theft of a generator, Handyman jack, gas cans and gas from ATVs was reported from a barn on a Delta area farm.
A Cedaredge area woman complained about a dead cow that had been lying near her house for several days. The owner was contacted and the dead animal was removed.
At about 3 a.m., the Cedaredge Police Department requested assistance with an incident on NE Lodgepole Court. A man was bleeding from a cut on his forehead, possibly the result of an altercation. During the investigation, deputies took David Ortiz, 40, of Delta, into custody on an outstanding warrant. The investigation into the assault is ongoing.
Deputies responded to a verbal dispute between neighbors on Kettle Road, Austin.
A 2002 gold Pontiac was found abandoned on Rattlesnake Gulch Road. The car had Utah plates and was registered to a Utah resident, but appeared to have been parked in the area for some time. The BLM was contacted, since the car was found in its jurisdiction.
A Paonia man reported a tree had fallen on his truck on Lamborn Mountain Lane.
An Austin woman reported the theft of $160 cash and named a possible suspect.
A 78-year-old female caregiver was reported missing from an Iris Road residence at about 10 p.m. She had reportedly gone out for a walk but had not returned four hours later. Deputies launched a search and found her in a ditch where she had fallen. She was not wearing her life alert necklace or carrying a cell phone. She was treated on the scene by Delta County Ambulance.
A 27-year-old Eckert resident was riding motorcycles with friends when he was injured. He was being transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital when his friend's car was pulled over by the Colorado State Patrol near North Road and Ward Creek Road.
A Delta area woman complained about receiving vulgar Facebook messages from a male acquaintance.
