Wayne M. Ortiz, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed on charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance (Schedule II)/license plate light/defective lights.
Cabel Z. Rhode, 40, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $5000 bond.
Elizabeth Chamberlain, 42, of Cedaredge was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting.

An inmate in the Delta County Jail reported that while he was incarcerated, his son had taken his pickup without permission. The matter was found to be civil in nature.
A Crawford area resident reported a pair of 12x50 Swarovski field glasses had come up missing about the same time he hired a young man to do work around his house.
The theft of a Honda generator was reported from a home on Pansy Road near Delta.
Deputies and an ambulance crew were dispatched to a home on North Road for a man believed to be under the influence of drugs. North Fork Ambulance responders determined the man did not require transport to the hospital.
Shortly after 10 p.m., Paonia firefighters and deputies responded to 12253 Bell Creek Road for a residential structure fire. The Paonia Fire Department extinguished the basement fire.
A single vehicle rollover occurred near the intersection of Crawford Road and Garber Road at about 12:55 p.m. The Colorado State Patrol is handling the investigation.
During a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 92 and Fobare Road, deputies located suspected methamphetamine in the possession of Victoria Stucki, 27, of Crawford. Charges are pending.
A juvenile runaway was reported by her grandmother, who has sole guardianship. The Delta girl is believed to be en route to Flagstaff, Ariz.
At about 6:45 p.m., deputies responded to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 50 near the Technical College of the Rockies. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
At about 2:30 p.m., deputies attempted to stop a Kia sedan at the intersection of SW 9th Street and SW 11th Street in Cedaredge. The vehicle, bearing ficitious license plates, fled from the scene. An arrest warrant is being sought for the arrest of John Stewart, 46.
Two juveniles were contacted on Highway 50 near Carnation Road at about 3:55 a.m. They requested a ride to their home on F Road, so as not to worry their mother. The mother was contacted and sent to collect the juveniles.
Sonny Antrillo of Delta was charged with aggravated motor vehicle theft, a class 6 felony, after a stolen vehicle was discovered in his possession. The faded red 1990 Toyota pickup, valued at $1,000 had been reported stolen from a residence on 2200 Road, Delta, a few hours earlier.
On Tuesday, Sept. 11, the Delta County Board of Commissioners called a special meeting to consider the board's response to the Bureau of Land Management's preliminary Environmental Assessment (EA) concerning the lease parcels proposed for the December BLM sale.
Several people from the North Fork were present to provide input.
