Echo Gray-Rocha, 32, of Clifton was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting. Wayne L. Rocha, 34, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Lessette L. Bockman, 34, of Palisade was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $3,500 bond.

Charges for alleged violation of a protection order are being filed against Jose L. Garcia, 54, of Delta.

Todd A. Stone, 42, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged careless driving, failed to present evidence of insurance, DUI, and DUI per se.
Armando Aparicio, 28, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged signal lamps required - brake lights and driving a motor vehicle while license revoked.
Chase A. Dawirs, 26, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $50,000 bond.
Madison N. Mastera, 21, of Montrose was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Lilla D. Van Houton, 20, of Paonia was issued a ticket for alleged speeding, minor in possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mica A. Hrabel, 25, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged failed to maintain a single lane of travel, DUI and DUI per se.
Melvin A. Pratte, 59, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged menacing, reckless endangerment and possession of a defaced firearm.
Charges for alleged possession of explosive equipment are being filed against Melvin A. Pratte, 59, of Delta.
Destiny R. Scott-Willardson, 20, of Casper, Wyo., was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way from a stop sign through highway after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 50 at Pioneer Road. Injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Twelve tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, six for speeding.

At about 1:30 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 1700 block of Highway 50 where a truck and trailer carrying hay were fully engulfed in flames. The fire was extinguished by the Delta Volunteer Fire Department. The driver of the truck, Morgan Mitchell, 51, of Montrose was not injured. Locked brakes are the suspected cause of the blaze.
A traffic accident occurred on Happy Hollow Road at about 9:30 p.m. Isaac Swoffer had stopped his vehicle on the road and was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Chris Linley. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
After paying a commission for the sale of a truck listed in a magazine, a Hotchkiss area woman realized she had been the victim of a scam.
A neighbor reported a bank-owned house on his street appeared to be occupied. With the permission of the bank, deputies entered the home and found a woman, Shirley Hawkins, on the premises. She said her parents had lived in the house years ago and she thought it still belonged to them. She was issued a summons for trespass and escorted from the premises.
A Hotchkiss area woman reported a former employee had used a business gas card for his personal use.
At about 5 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Delta County Memorial Hospital on a report of a man who had been stabbed in the side. The incident had allegedly occurred near Crawford, but the victim could not remember how it had happened. Both he and the friends who drove him to the hospital appeared to be intoxicated. The victim declined to pursue charges.
A Hotchkiss area resident reported damage to his fence, apparently by gunfire. Sheriff's deputies contacted a neighbor who denied any knowledge of the incident, although he admitted the neighbors do not get along.
A Grand Junction man reported that a rifle was pointed at him while he was in the Island Lake area on Grand Mesa. Three men were reportedly in the truck; while one pointed the rifle, another taunted him and called him obscene names. The men took off northbound on Highway 65. Deputies were unable to locate any suspects.
A one-vehicle rollover was reported on Highway 65 near mile marker 55 at about 3:30 p.m. The Colorado State Patrol and the Delta County Ambulance District also responded. The vehicle had a single occupant, Jackie Reeder, 57, of Grand Junction.
Calling all volunteers! Fort Uncompahgre on the Old Spanish Trail has received six new tipis that will be used as outdoor classrooms in conjunction with the Nature Connection. John Hardy has volunteered to lead a group of folks who are willing to learn how to set up the tipis and pitch in where necessary.
