I would like to respond to your article "Hotchkiss, Paonia may see cannabis on the ballot 2016."
Both towns already had a "discussion from the board and from the public" in 2014, and the impact on our communities was very divisive.
In the defeat of this issue, the town heard from the majority of the citizens. Isn't that enough of an answer?
I don't think we need to revisit this issue again.
