Delta resident Lovina B. Dawson died Friday, March 25, 2016, in Delta. She was 65.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Ms. Dawson was born in California May 25, 1950, to Charles and Letha (Jessie) Dawson. She spent her childhood and attended school in Trinidad. She lived in Delta for the past 18 years.
She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, coloring and watching crime shows.
Ms. Dawson is survived by her daughter, Letha Dawson and partner Pete Dietrich; her granddaughter, Niella Dawson; a brother, Owen Dawson; a sister, Ruth Dawson, all of Delta; and a sister, Ethel Dawson of Grand Junction.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; and a sister.
