Nathan Stanbery

Nathan Anthony Stanbery died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016. He was 64.

Inurnment with military honors will be Thursday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Cemetery of Western Colorado, 2830 Riverside Parkway, Grand Junction.

Mr. Stanbery was born April 16, 1951, to Ernest and Minnie Fern Spinelli.

He served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed making jewelry and watching movies.

He is survived by two sisters, Linda Wilcox and Nancy Clairday, both of Delta; two brothers, John Spinelli of Eckert and Richard Spinelli of California; three daughters, Lisa Fowles of California, Lana Stanbery of Florida and Renee Stanbery of San Diego, Calif.; two sons, Martin Stanbery of Florida and Nicholas Stanbery of San Diego, Calif.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Shirley Spinelli; and a brother, Leslie Stanbery.
