From the Delta Police Department:

D14-0763: Delta officers responded to an address in the City of Delta regarding a suicide attempt. Because of an on-going investigation, the Delta Police Department will not reveal the location or circumstances.


D14-0766: Delta officers investigated a suspicious incident. An older-model Ford 350 pickup with a Caucasian male, slim build, between the ages of 40 to 50, stopped his truck and began talking to a four-year-old female playing in her front yard. The parents of the little girl obtained a license plate. The investigation into this suspicious incident is continuing. The report regarding this incident will not be made available to the public. The Delta Police Department is asking anyone with information, knowledge regarding this incident to call CrimeStoppers at 874-8810.
D14-0768: Delta officers arrested Raymond Bernal on two warrants. The bond amount was $5,000.
D14-0774: A Delta officer responded to Walmart regarding a theft. Officers issued Laura Roberts a summons for allegedly taking a can of spray paint and fishing items.
D14-0776: A Delta officer responded to the Family Dollar regarding theft. The female suspect left the business in a grey Buick sedan. The female suspect had tattoos on her chest. The Delta Police Department is asking anyone with information regarding this theft to call CrimeStoppers at 874-8810.
D14-0779: Delta officers arrested Carlee Bonkoski for a confirmed warrant for her arrest out of Delta County. The bond for Bonkoski was $5,000.
The above incidents are not all inclusive as it relates to incidents occurring in the City of Delta, Colorado.

From the Delta County Sheriff’s Office (partial list):

June 2:
Two women got into a shoving match at a residence on 1675 Road. Dispatch was called after one of the women was punched in the face.
June 5:
An Orchard City woman returned home after running errands to  find jewelry strewn across her garage. Missing were several items belonging to her deceased husband, including tie clasps, cufflinks and Navy pins.
A man reported $200 was taken from his home on Jarvis Road, Austin, sometime during the day.
Delta County Sheriff Fred McKee says there have been an unusually high number of thefts in the Orchard City area recently. He urges residents to keep their doors locked and valuables secured. Sheriff’s investigators hope to make arrests soon. Anyone with information about these crimes is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 874-8810.
Sheriff’s deputies were asked to check on an Eckert resident after he missed an appointment with his physician. Timothy DeHaan, 64, was found deceased. There was no indication of criminal activity, Sheriff McKee reports.
June 6:
Delta County sheriff’s deputies, with the assistance of the Cedaredge Fire Department, searched a large area for a missing 77-year-old Cedaredge woman. The woman called her daughter to report she’d had a car wreck, but because she’s unfamiliar with the area she was unable to tell her daughter where the accident occurred. The sheriff’s office was able to establish a location on Pipeline Road through pings from the cell phone. The woman was located by a family member about two and a half hours after the initial call. She was not injured.
