Arrest warrants have been issued for two Delta residents in connection with the robbery of Bank of Colorado in Olathe Wednesday, Aug. 20. Brittany Nacole Mason, 22, of Delta is facing charges of robbery, aggravated robbery and theft.
The felony charges have a penalty range of two to six years.
Mason is 5’2” in height and weighs 130 pounds. She has long straight brown hair, brown eyes, eyeglasses and tattoos on her left arm: “Strength,” “Mom” and a Leo astrological sign. She is believed to be traveling with a six- to eight-month-old child.
Also wanted for questioning as a possible involved person is Justin Franklin Davenport, 30, of Delta. Davenport is 6’0”, 209 pounds, with short brown hair, brown eyes and a scar on his upper right leg. He has a 2009 blue full-size extended cab Dodge pickup with rear driver’s side bumper damage. Davenport has an active warrant from Delta Police Department for shoplifting.
The ongoing investigation is being handled by the Olathe Police Department in conjunction with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Montrose County Sheriff’s Office.
On Friday, Aug. 22, Olathe Police Chief Justin Harlan, along with FBI and CBI agents, Delta Police officers and Delta County sheriff’s deputies, searched areas in Delta County and the City of Delta in an unsuccessful attempt to locate both individuals.
