City of Delta government offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 20, in recognition of Presidents' Day.

Monday's refuse will be picked up on Tuesday, Feb. 21.

Bill Heddles Recreation Center and Devil's Thumb Golf Club will be open regular hours.
