Partners of Delta, Montrose and Ouray is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building one-to-one mentoring partnerships between young people and responsible, caring adults. Spending an average of three hours a week with a local child, volunteers have a supported opportunity to make a positive difference in the life of a child.
Being a Partner is fun, rewarding and challenging! The youth in the Partner Program are between the ages of 6-17 and voluntarily participate. Some of these young people may have problems at home, school or with their peers. They need a friend. You will feel great personal satisfaction in knowing that you are making a difference in the life of a child. Interested in becoming a mentor? Contact Partners at 970-874-4661 or www.partners-west.org for more information.
