Brittnee M. Kramer, 27, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $20,000 bond.
Scott W. Smith, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $2,500 bond.
Irving I. Curiel-Moreno, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $2,000 bond.
Aaron W. Alloway, 21, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged violation of a protection order.
Rachelle M. Fuller, 31, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting and trespass.
Chad A. Vanderlaan, 37, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged third degree assault.
Jose L. Garcia-Gamez, 54, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,000 bond.
Tara A. Hansen, 42, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way at a stop sign after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 100 block of Gunnison River Drive. No injuries were reported or observed. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
David N. Kniskern, 19, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged disorderly conduct.
Paul M. Garcia, 38, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged second degree assault.
Kiera A. Garber, 28, homeless, was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.

Citations: Five tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, two for speeding.

Sheriff's deputies responded to the report of an assault at a home on West Spring Circle, Eckert. The 47-year-old female victim was transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital. Samuel Trujillo was arrested and charged with assault and domestic violence. He was held in the Delta County Jail pending a bond hearing.
Vandalism was reported at a ranch on Needle Rock Road, Crawford. A family member checking on the property for the out-of-town owner found the lock on the gate had been cut. A backhoe was found on its side with the windshield broken. The hood and windshield of an SUV was also damaged, as was a camp trailer, possibly by the backhoe. An outbuilding and the home had both been entered. The homeowner reports a Nikon scope, .357 H&H handgun and firearm parts are missing. Suspects have been identified.
Sheriff's deputies were called to a physical alteration on E. Spring Circle, Eckert. The 31-year-old female victim was not transported to the hospital. Tyson Morgan was charged with third degree assault and domestic violence.
A fire was reported at 34246 Fruitland Mesa Road, Crawford, at about 1:30 p.m. When firefighters, sheriff's deputies and an ambulance crew arrived on the scene, the occupants were standing outside the home. The fire originated in a wood/coal stove or the chimney. The house was damaged but not destroyed.
The theft of a silver 2011 Chevrolet 2500 long bed diesel pickup was reported from a home on High Garnet Lane, Delta. The truck has a chrome-plated tool box. In addition to the tools in the tool box, an iphone, Ruger Mark semiautomatic pistol and Rossi .357 stainless steel handgun are missing. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at 874-8810.
An altercation between a tenant and the landlord at the Creekside Apartments is being investigated.
A property owner on G Road, Delta, reported someone had backed up to his gates, hooked up a chain and dragged them and the entrance poles down.
On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
