The community is invited to join the ladies of the Del-Rose Chorus and Grand Mesa Chorus as they take you back to old-time radio show.
Al Smith, radio show host, will pepper the show with witty remarks, promoting our local sponsors and advertisers. Chorus members will present music from the '40s the old-fashioned way.
The Delta High School Show Choir will be visiting the radio show under the direction of Julia Nicholas and Anna St Peters, the winner of the scholarship given by the Grand Mesa Chorus. Abbott and Costello will present their off-the-wall humor.
You don't want to miss this family-friendly show, set for Saturday, Nov. 18, 3 p.m. at the Delta Christian Church. Tickets will be available at the door for $10 seniors/students and $12 adults. See a chorus member for advance tickets at a reduced price and get ready to enjoy an afternoon filled with laughter and music.
