RE/MAX Today welcomes Kim Frovarp-Isom to its team.
Kim has lived in Delta for 43 years, having moved here from eastern Colorado. Her parents wanted to raise their children in a smaller town. Her professional resume includes working as instructional support for the Delta County School District for eight years, and as a loan processor/originator for Lane Mortgage for three years. She and her husband Mike started their own business, Summit Mechanical Company, in 2001. Kim is owner/office manager for the business and continues her work part time. She and her husband celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary in August. Their hobbies include getaways on their Harleys, seeing Colorado in ways not experienced by car. They have three children, two girls and one boy, and six grandchildren.
Kim's experience at Lane Mortgage has given her a love for real estate from which she has chosen her career. She is committed to helping clients achieve their dreams in getting into a house they can call home. She is excited to start her career here and to be your realtor with the utmost respect, care, loyalty and quality of service, whether you're interested in residential, commercial, land, ranches or mountain properties. Stop in and say hi and join RE/MAX Today in welcoming its newest team member.

Several people from the North Fork were present to provide input.
