Students present at Fort Lewis symposium

The Fort Lewis College School of Arts and Sciences held its annual undergraduate research and creative activities symposium on April 21. Student participants were selected by their departments to represent the best undergraduate research and performances done at Fort Lewis College this year, either in oral or poster presentations.
Skylyn Webb of Delta was part of a team that presented "Locus of Control and Life Orientation in Relation to Attitudes Toward Gun Laws," with supervision from faculty mentor Brian Burke. Webb's major is psychology.
Theodore Wecker of Hotchkiss presented "An Examination of Electron Field Emission from Porous Silicon" with supervision from faculty mentors Jerry Crawford, Jeff Jessings and Randy Palmer. Wecker's major is physics.
