Tai Chi classes will help improve balance

Tai Chi "Moving For Better Balance" is an evidence-based fall prevention class which begins in January in Cedaredge, designed for people with balance issues. Instructors are Linda Bull and Brook Loucks, physical therapists for Delta County Memorial Hospital.
The Tai Chi class requires a 12-week commitment and a fee of $1 per class to cover building rental. Classes begin Monday, Jan. 25, and run from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Stolte Shed, Pioneer Town, Cedaredge. Class size is limited, so sign up soon.
