Animal Control: Support for Animal Control Officer $1,320.
Municipal Court: $2,432 Juvenile Diversion.
Transportation: $4,018 All Points Transit.
Water and sewer utility relief fund: $1,000 available for utility relief by application.
In-kind contributions: $21,796 VOA; $10,500 Surface Creek Community Services - food bank; $2,114 Cedaredge Area Chamber of Commerce; $2,756 waived fees for AARP tax prep, Health Fair, elections, Senior Citizen room, storage area VFW, Lions, Sororities, etc. - subtotal $37,166.
Grand total $51,936 documentable memberships, in-kind, and contributions.
On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
