I want to thank the young man who stopped his white SUV in the middle of Sunrise Drive last Wednesday to help me when I suffered a terrible fall.
I tripped and fell face down on the sidewalk, then rolled onto my back. I actually thought I had broken several broken bones and could not roll over to get up. He helped me roll onto my knees, then said he was "pretty strong" and picked me up. He helped me walk to my truck to get my crutches. While I am still very sore, it appears I have no permanent damage. Just scrapes, bumps and bruises.
Again, thank you for helping this old Marine Vietnam veteran.

Several people from the North Fork were present to provide input.
