Wanda Lippman of Arvada died Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015. She was 90.
She was born in Delta to Harry and Flossie Helmick.
A small service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 6, at Fort Logan National Cemetery, followed by a reception at 11:30 a.m. at the Arvada Elks Lodge, 5700 Yukon, Arvada.
Mrs. Lippman is survived by her sons, Ron (Cindy) and Terry; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gunter; and a brother, Rex Helmick.

At about 9:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, officers of the Delta Police Department were dispatched to a robbery reported at Arby's, located at 107 Gunnison River Drive. An extensive search of the area was conducted and the suspect was not located.
The suspect was reported to have walked into Arby's and after a brief conversation with an employee, was able to leave the store with a small amount of cash and coins.
