Storytimes. Storytimes for babies, tots and preschoolers are Thursdays starting at 10:30 a.m.
Cell Phone Basics. Learn how to use your smart phone in this easy to follow class. No matter what your level of experience is with your cell phone, this class is perfect for you! Friday, Nov. 24, at 10:30 a.m.
Save and Print Photos from Your Phone. Learn how to save and print photos from your phone in this easy-to-follow class. Friday, Dec. 8, at 10:30 a.m.
November Maker Space. Make a turkey with a Hershey Kiss and other provided materials. All month long during library hours.
November StoryWalk®. "The Busy Tree," written by Jennifer Ward, will be on display at the Surface Creek Trail StoryWalk® during the month of November.
Crafts Group. Crafters meet every Tuesday at 10 a.m. to share ideas and show and tell.
Tech Soup Saturday. Bring your devices and your questions. Our expert "techies" will do their best to answer your questions. Every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Genealogy. Who's Who in Whoville? Find out who you really are! The first Friday of every month from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Mrs. Claus at the Library. Come to Crawford Library for a kids play day and storytime with Mrs. Claus! Thursday, Nov. 30, at 3:30 p.m.
Alpine Village. Jan's locally famous Alpine Village will be on display at Crawford Library during the month of December.

Portable Planetarium Astronomy Programs. Canyon Country Discovery Center is bringing a portable digital planetarium to Delta Library! The shows will include Journey to the Center of the Milky Way, Sunstruck, Space Shapes, and Back to the Moon. The Canyon Country Discovery Center (CCDC) is a private nonprofit organization in Monticello, Utah, that serves communities on the Colorado Plateau. This program is made possible via a grant from the Union Pacific Railroad, which allows CCDC to bring its portable digital planetarium to communities on the Colorado Plateau near the Union Pacific rail lines. Monday, Dec. 4, from 3 to 6 p.m. Call 874-9630 for more information.
Basket Case Quilt Guild. Honoring the Basket Case Quilt Guild for all its years of displaying quilts in Delta Library. Quilts on display all month long during library hours.
Build a Turkey Scavenger Hunt. Find the turkey pieces and create a turkey to take home. All month long in November in the children's area.
Genealogy One-on-One. Get the help you need researching your genealogy in this ongoing class taught by Mickey Watts. Meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at 5 p.m.
Talk & Tangle Yarn. This is a group of knit and crochet enthusiasts who get together to talk and work on their individual projects. Anyone is welcome to join. Mondays starting at 5:30 p.m.

Hotchkiss Library Friends are accepting gently used books, recent magazines, and DVDs for their bookstore. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the bookstore and semi-annual book sales go directly to Hotchkiss Library. Donations can be dropped off at Hotchkiss Library during open hours, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Third Annual Gingerbread Festival. Dash to the Hotchkiss Library for an afternoon of gingerbread festivities. Enjoy gingerbread stories, crafts, and decorate your own gingerbread cookie to take home! All ages are welcome. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 4 p.m.
Knitting Group. Do you knit or crochet? Join us for ideas, help, and good company the second Thursday of every month October through April at 10:30 a.m. Anyone is welcome to join.
Master Builder Club. Explore your creativity as a master builder with LEGO and other materials! Join us for monthly design themes and free building time. All ages welcome; children under 7 should bring an adult. Meets the first Tuesday of every month through April at 4 p.m.
Hotchkiss Book Club. The Hotchkiss Book Club meets the third Thursday of every month at 3 p.m., October through June.
Around the World. Travel the world and explore a different country every month. Join us for stories, games, recipes and activities from around the globe. The fourth Thursday of every month at 5 p.m. October through April. All ages welcome.
Fall Crafts Maker Space. Have fun creating your own beautiful fall decorations, one for you, and one to give away to someone! All month long during library hours.

Book Sale. Friends of Paonia Library are hosting their annual holiday book sale on Friday, Dec. 8, from 1 to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 9, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Puppet Show. Come to Paonia Library for a holiday puppet show on Saturday, Dec. 9. Two showings at 11 and 11:45 a.m.
Knit Crochet Day. Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow knitters and crocheters; share projects and browse our library of craft books for use or purchase. Always tea and cookies too! The third Saturday of every month from noon to 1:30 p.m.
BeyBlade Tournaments. Games and snacks provided. Meets the third Thursday of every month at 4 p.m.
Tech Café. Tech assistance for all ages and skill levels. Every Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m.

Distance Learning Program. Do you need your high school equivalency but are unable to attend our classes? Delta County Libraries now has a distance learning program that offers participants the ability to work from home with an online program to prepare for the test.
