Write a tomato haiku for library contest

Enter the Delta County Libraries' second annual tomato haiku contest. A haiku is three lines. The first line is five syllables, the second line is seven syllables, the third line is five syllables. Anyone can enter, but entries are limited to three entries to be judged by local poets Phil Ellsworth and Rita Clagett. Winning entries will be read at the libraries' Tomato Festival in Hotchkiss Sept. 17. Contest deadline is Tuesday, Sept. 6. Visit /www.deltalibraries.org/haiku-contest/ to enter.
