Yvonne Cecelia Fair died Feb. 1, 2016, at her home in Montrose. She was 63.
Graveside services will be held at a later date.
Miss Fair was born in Arizona June 29, 1952, to Daniel and Beatrice (Herring) Fair. She spent her childhood and attended school in Cottonwood, Ariz.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed her animals, crocheting, knitting, Elvis Presley and doing crafts and puzzles.
Miss Fair is survived by her sister-in-law, Nguyen Sarver of Austin; her nieces, Gaylynn (Clay) Baker of Olathe, Linda (Ben) Brown of Eckert and Kizzy (Troy) Rothe of Montrose; her nephew, Don (Jacinta) Fair of Colorado Springs; six great-nieces, Monique, Samantha, Meghan, Jasmine, Katelyn and McKayla; and four great-nephews, Daniel, Sterling, Kyle and Donovan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Beatrice Fair; and two brothers, La-
Verle "Dan" Fair and Donald Fair I.

On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
