The City of Delta's holiday craft fair is set for Saturday, Dec. 3, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The gym at Bill Heddles Recreation Center will be filled with more than 70 booths with everything from Christmas decor and handbags to gift baskets and jewelry. Framed photos, stained glass, pottery, trout flies, table linens, fleece, headbands, BBQ tools, garden cart, woodcrafts, candles, scrapbooks and quilts will be offered. Clothing, purses, scarves, items for babies, embroidery, soaps, lotions, wreaths and horseshoe art are just a small sampling of what you'll find at the holiday craft fair.
The show is free to the public.

During a preliminary hearing in Delta District Court on Tuesday, Jan. 15, Judge Steven Schultz found probable cause for second degree murder charges against Heather Jones.
Jones previously faced three counts in the shooting of Ryan Redifer in Paonia on Jan. 12, 2018 -- assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree and violation of a protection order.
