The Cedaredge girls scored 67 points to tie for third place with Paonia Saturday at the Hotchkiss Invitational track meet.

The 1600m team of Jenkins, Brie McGovern, Kylin Mitchell and Camie Baldozier placed second with a time of 4:24.03; the 400m team of Baylee Harris, Makaylie Reed, Furubotten and Kimmy Milholland placed third in 54.42; the 3200m team of Savannah Baldozier, Brianna Bowler, Kacey McIntire and Briar Wagner placed fourth (12:28.89); and the 800m sprint medley team of Sara Aviles, Reed, Reganne McIntire and Brie McGovern placed sixth.

Cedaredge freshman Megan Jenkins placed third in two events, including the 100 hurdles with a time of 17.69 seconds and in the 400m dash with a time of 1:01.50. Jenkins also won bronze in the 400m dash with a time of 1:10.50.

In the 100m hurdles, Jenkins won bronze with a time of 17.69, Aspen Furubotten placed fifth (18.04), Emily Tullis sixth (18.18), and Baylee Harris eighth (18.28). McIntire also finished eighth in the 200m dash (29.85).

Senior Camie Baldozier won silver in the 1600m run with a time of 5:59.42; Kammie Henderson placed sixth in high jump with a height of 4-10.

In shot put, Dalia Alejandre placed fifth with a throw of 29-6.5, and Hannah Gardner placed seventh (29-0.75); in discus, Gardner and Alejandre placed seventh and eighth, respectively.
