Bruins head coach Cutter Garrison called the dual a good win to take into this week's 2A Region 2 tournament at John Mall High School in Walsenberg.
On Friday, the team ended the week with a good practice. "I didn't want to go a week (before regionals) without competition," said Garrison. "I see a lot of fire in the practice room this week. I think we're right where we need to be."
