Wouldn't it be nice to learn about the candidates involved in the upcoming election that could have direct impact on the residents of Delta County? David Jacobson, Democrat chair, and Roger Bentley, Republican chair, met and talked about an information forum to let the voters hear from all the candidates in one meeting.
We agreed to invite questions from you the voters in advance of the forum, so you may submit questions pertinent to the offices that are being filled through this mid-term election. Send your questions to either Betty, Republican Party secretary at email@example.com or David, Democrat Party chair at firstname.lastname@example.org. Submitted questions will be considered by a screening committee.
Our efforts in this forum have been joined by the League of Women Voters, and we three entities are working together to make this a positive and informative public event. Everyone is invited to Bill Heddles Recreation Center on Oct. 2 at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m., and we hope to see you there!
Roger W. Bentley
Delta County Republican Chair
