Cedaredge Community Gardens Association will hold its annual meeting for the 2019 season on Saturday, February 9 at the Creekside Cafe at 10 a.m.
Cedaredge Community Gardens is a 501 C(3) non profit association. Anyone interested in the activities of the garden is welcome to attend.
Plots are available for the 2019 season and will be available on a first come first serve basis. Water, mulch and garden tools are included!
New officers will be elected and there will be a discussion on finances and future goals for the garden, as well as info on the new water line will be on the agenda. A heritage orchard is planned for part of the undeveloped west end of the garden.
As a part of its mission, the Cedaredge Community Gardens works with the Surface Creek Area Food Bank to provide fresh local produce each season. If you are wondering how you can contribute to the health and welfare of yourself, family and community come check us out.
The garden is located across from the skate park and the animal shelter.
