Armando Aparicio, 30, of Delta was arrested and jailed on charges of third degree assault, child abuse and reckless endangerment as an act of domestic violence.
Theresa L. Valdez, 43, of Montrose was issued a proof of service for driving canceled/denied and had her driver's license seized.
Officers responded to Delta Middle School for an information only report.
Joshua L. Husa, 27, homeless was arrested and jailed on a protection order violation.
Officers responded to 766 Main Street, Grand Valley Convenience, for a report of criminal mischief.

Luke A. Frazier, 19, of Delta was arrested and jailed on charges of auto theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, false reporting to authorities and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Craig L. Smith, 33, of Delta was issued a summons for shoplifting at Safeway.
Officers responded to the intersection of Highway 50 and H38 Road for a two-vehicle traffic accident.

John E. Wolverton, 64, of Olathe was arrested and jailed on charges of first degree criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Kali M. Newman, 18, of Delta was issued a summons for charges of vehicle turning left.
Donald E. Gates, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a bond of $500.
Maryelizabeth A. Bingham, 47, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant out of Garfield County with a bond of $1,500.
Officers responded to Delta County Memorial Hospital to seize fictitious license plates.

While on patrol, deputies spotted Dustin Peterson, 32, driving east on Trap Club Road. Aware that he did not possess a valid driver's license, deputies attempted to pull him over. Instead, he picked up speed, reaching 75 mph. Deputies backed off and tried unsucessfully to use stop sticks. A short time later, they found his vehicle abandoned at 8737 Marshalls Road, Austin. They later learned he had entered a garage at 8903 Marshalls Road and attempted to steal a dirt bike, but was unable to get it started. A warrant was issued for traffic violations, eluding, second degree burglary and violation of bail bond conditions. Peterson was arrested without incident on May 11. He is being held on $7,500 bond.
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in Eckert shortly after 9 p.m. No charges were filed due to conflicting stories.
In response to a REDDI report, deputies contacted a driver near the intersection of Highway 65 and Oatman Road, Eckert, at about 10 p.m. The Colorado State Patrol arrived on scene and took Carrie Rose into custody for suspected DUI.
A warrant was issued for Christian Duran, 26, following a domestic disturbance on Orchard Avenue in Eckert. Duran allegedly grabbed his wife by the throat and punched her in the face. He had left the scene when deputies arrived.
A fire was reported on SW 12th Street, Cedaredge, at about 2 p.m. Janet Carrillo-Miranda was conducting a controlled burn when the wind picked up and spread the blaze. The only damage was to a DMEA power pole, which reportedly did not need to be replaced.
Deputies and Cedaredge firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Ute Trail Road at about 4:40 p.m. The 2004 Jeep SUV was driven by Karen Grimm of Cedaredge, who said she spotted smoke before the vehicle caught on fire. There was severe damage to the engine compartment.
A property owner on Deer Run Road, Delta, reported the theft of yard decor.
Several calls were received about a verbal disturbance on 2100 Road, Delta, shortly after 11 p.m. No charges were filed; however, Timothy Pawlish, 33, was arrested on an unrelated Delta County warrant.
A 16-year-old Delta male escaped serious injury during a rollover on B Road near the intersection with Highway 50. He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
A 42-year-old registered sex offender is under investigation for potentially failing to register his current address.
Three storage units were reportedly burglarized at a facility outside of Hotchkiss.
A Delta area resident reported the theft of a pistol and a backpack.
A Hotchkiss area resident reported a suspicious male near her home at about 5:40 p.m. He said he was looking for his dog, then headed east on J Road.
Deputies contacted a man who was being treated for a dog bite in the hospital emergency room. The dog bite occurred at a residence on 2150 Road, Austin.
At about noon, Delta firefighters and sheriff's deputies were dispatched to 1743 Highway 348, Delta, for an out-of-control fire. The fire destroyed a hay stack, a tractor, a feed trailer and a disker. Darrell Sinner was issued a summons for burning on a red flag day and failure to notify dispatch of his intention to burn.
A one-vehicle rollover was reported near D25 and 1600 Road, Delta, at about 7 p.m. Delta firefighters helped get the driver out of the vehicle. Faron Kishbaugh, 23, of Delta suffered minor injuries. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
A dog bite was reported by an individual taking a walk in the Austin area.
A Cedaredge area resident reported he was being chased by a neighbor's dog when he jumped into a trailer for safety. He reported minor injuries to dispatch, and demanded the dog's owner pay for treatment.
A rollover accident was reported on Highway 348, Delta, at about 2 a.m. Daniel Lowe, 26, was out of the vehicle when law enforcement arrived on the scene. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
A wildfire was reported on Redlands Mesa at about 10 p.m. A complete report was not available.
During a preliminary hearing in Delta District Court on Tuesday, Jan. 15, Judge Steven Schultz found probable cause for second degree murder charges against Heather Jones.
Jones previously faced three counts in the shooting of Ryan Redifer in Paonia on Jan. 12, 2018 -- assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree and violation of a protection order.
