Delta's wrestling team competed against Montrose on Friday night and traveled to Rifle for the Rifle Duals on Saturday.
The Panthers defeated Montrose 46-27 and won all five of their duals in Rifle with wins over Basalt 69-9, Rifle 69-6, Grand Valley 66-9, Rifle 78-8 and Steamboat Spring 45-18.

A highlight for this match was the heavyweight matchup between Delta's Logan Church and the Indians' Sam Distel.
Both wrestlers are on pace for post-season competition and are highly ranked in their respective classifications. Distel is ranked first in Class 4A and Church is seated third in Class 3A.
Church stunned the Indians' wrestler with a quick pin (1:42) to give Delta an 18-6 lead in the early going.
According to Panthers' coach Clayton Curtis, "Church is motivated."
Against Montrose, including the pin from Church, Delta scored five pins. Tee Kue (106) and Logan Mayberry (113) also followed Church's feat against Jacob Padilla and Grady Nickolaus, respectively.
Kylar Massano added a pin (0:45) at 132 and Kole Roberts was next at 145 with his pinfall win over Wyatt Hughes.
The Panthers had forfeit wins at 182 and 195 and Drake Horn scored a major decision in the 160-pound match.
Neither team had wrestlers entered in the 220-pound weight classification.
The Panthers won all five of their matches at last Saturday's Rifle Duals.
Seven Panthers went undefeated (counting forfeits) for the day, including Tee Kue (106), Kylar Massano (132), Brendon Starr (138), Kole Roberts (145), Aiden Barrios (170), Livan Santander (182) and Logan Church (285).
Brandon Harper (152), Drake Horn (160), Sam Komives (195) and Ayden Tucker (126) were 4-1 for the day.
Logan Mayberry (113) and Tha Deh (120) finished with a 3-2 record for the day.
Delta's wrestling schedule includes a Jan. 26 match with Fruita and a trip to the eastern slope to attend the Valley Invitational on Saturday.
