Flower Motor Company has opened a satellite store in North Delta offering select high-end pre-owned trucks, SUVs and automobiles.
The store is managed by Larry Garrison, who is relying on his 40 years of experience to make the store a win-win scenario for both the consumer and for Flower Motor Company.
Garrison has been with the Montrose-based dealership since 2012, but previously worked at Hellman Chevrolet, as well as Grand Junction Subaru and Montrose Ford. "I've gotten a lot of people into cars over the years," he said. One family in Fruita has purchased 55 cars and trucks since he got into business.
His reputation for taking care of customers mirrors that of Flower Motor, he said.
It's his goal to keep 40 to 50 trucks, SUVs and cars on the lot at 695 Highway 50, Delta. The oldest is 2012; the newest a 2016 with just 10,000 miles. The emphasis is on providing more choices for the residents of Delta County.
"We built our reputation on selling quality vehicles," Garrison said.
The one-stop shop features low-mileage vehicles that can't be found elsewhere in Delta, including Subarus and Ram pickups, plus financing options with exceptional interest rates.
"We will work hard to get buyers the best bang for their buck," he said. "So far, we've had a great response."
Flower Motor Company Delta is open 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
Two of the four marijuana questions on the November ballot were narrowly approved by voters in the City of Delta. Measure 2F allows the establishment of medical marijuana centers. Measure 2H permits the establishment of medical marijuana cultivation, testing, research and manufacturing facilities.
