On Thursday, April 4, Cedaredge High School students hosted a music and art gala aimed at fundraising. The Grand Mesa Arts and Events Center featured numerous art displays by CHS students, with awards ranging from first to honorable mention. Citizens filled the seats in the Bank of Colorado Theatre for musical entertainment provided by CHS students and special guest Syliva Wolcott from Mexico. Ticket sales for the night were also part of the fundraising efforts. A silent auction featured baked goods, gift baskets and items like front row seats to graduation and the upcoming theatre production.
