Officers responded to 250 Gunnison River Drive for a report of an adult male suicide.
Officers provided an agency assist for Montrose County Sheriff's Office for a dog bite.
Steven A. Winkler, 24, of Delta was issued a summons on charges of registration provisions and failed to present evidence of insurance.
Nicholas R. Emery, 21, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed on a warrant issued by Colorado State Patrol with a $1,000 bond.
Troy M. Messano, 51, of Delta was issued a summons for trespassing.
Officers responded the 1400 block of East 7th Street for a report of a possible theft.
Officers responded to the 600 block of Columbia Street for a report of a dog bite.
Randy J. Autry, 44, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed on charges of harassment.
Citations: Six tickets were issued this week for various traffic violations.

The sheriff's office was alerted to a Facebook post from a 16-year-old Delta resident who said he was "locked and loaded." He did not make any direct threats but did mention two schools in Delta County and one in Fruita. The report was turned over to the Delta Police Department, since the teen is a Delta resident. In a follow-up report to the sheriff's office, the police department said the subject was picked up in Fruita April 15 and sent to a treatment facility on the Eastern Slope.
Courthouse security assisted a 90-year-old Cedaredge woman who fell just outside the courthouse. She complained of pain in her right shoulder and was transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital.
Deputies took a report of a burglary from a residence in the Eckert area.
A case of elder abuse is the subject of an ongoing investigation. The most recent complaint involves the theft of a vehicle owned by an elderly Crawford resident.
At approximately 5 p.m., an altercation was reported in the Delta County Jail. Leaf Glimpse, 27, of Delta was the sole occupant of a cell in the jail when he allegedly began displaying destructive behavior. He reportedly removed his clothing and tried to throw it over surveillance cameras, and allegedly spread his feces on the door of the cell. When deputies opened the door to gain control, he allegedly used a mattress as a barrier. Deputies were ultimately able to tase him and remove from the cell. He was returned to the cell with limited amenities. During the altercation, Glimpse allegedly hit a detention officer, resulting in additional charges of second degree assault on a peace officer, a class 4 felony.
Sheriff's deputies assisted the Cedaredge Police Department with a male reported to be making suicide by cop statements.
Deputies responded to a report of child abuse from a Delta area address. The case remains under investigation.
The theft of a motor vehicle from a residence in Orchard City was reported. The owner of the 1994 Chevy Silverado had left the keys in the pickup. The stolen vehicle was entered into the CCIC/NCIC database and has not been located at this time.
Courthouse security responded to the probation office and arrested Leighanne Pate, 28, of Olathe on an outstanding felony warrant.
Three deputies responded to a residence on Cactus Park Road, Cedaredge, for a reported verbal dispute between one female and two males.
Dogs running loose caused multiple complaints from neighbors in the area of 2000 Road, Delta.
Geno Romero of Montrose was booked into Delta County Jail as a result of a traffic stop at 1900 Road and F Road. Deputies stopped his vehicle after they observed it weaving and speeding. He is charged with DUI, two counts of child abuse, speeding, careless driving and driving while license revoked.
Deputies responded to 29677 Redlands Mesa Road for a one-vehicle, non-injury traffic acident at about 7:40 p.m.
Dustin Caldwell, 36, of Lazear was arrested for violating a mandatory no contact protection order and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An Eckert resident was issued a written warning for dog at large after deputies responded to a call about an animal problem in the area of Mountain Village Drive.
Deputies investigated a report of shots being fired toward the town of Hotchkiss from a field on Back River Road.
At about 8:30 p.m., deputies responded to a medical assist call at mile marker 12, Highway 92.
The election results are in at the local, state and national level, and as expected, Democrats are doing well in state and national races. Colorado has elected Jared Polis as governor; nationally the Republicans appear to retain control of the Senate while Democrats now control the House of Representative.
With a ballot full of local and state measures, voter turnout in Delta County topped 71%, with 15,889 ballots cast. Statewide, voter turnout was just over 52%.
Of the three Delta County residents seeking state offices, Matt Soper won over Thea Chase in State Representative Dist. 54; Mike Mason lost to Julie McCluskie in State Representative Dist. 61; and Olen Lund lost to Kerry Donovan in State Senate Dist. 5.
Locally, in the City of Delta voters rejected a .5% sales tax increase to fund recreation, as well as recreational marijuana sales. The sale of medical marijuana and cultivation/manufacturing facilities was approved by a slim margin. Delta voters also gave the city the green light to move forward with selling or trading the Cottonwood and Riverbend Park, and to sell the old Municipal Light and Power Building.
