A 14-year-old female of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged juvenile curfew.
Mariah D. Aragon, 20, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged criminal mischief and violation of bail bond conditions.
Rusty D. McCormick, 29, of Paonia was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way at intersection after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 50 at H-38 Road. No injuries were reported or observed. One vehicle was towed from the scene.

A 15-year-old male of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged illegal possession of marijuana by an underage person and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James B. Williams Jr., 50, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $1,500 bond.
Kaimi S. Weatherford, 32, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving, left scene of an accident without providing information, failed to notify police of an accident, failed to present evidence of insurance and no registration in vehicle after being involved in a single vehicle crash in the 100 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported or observed. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
Brian K. Burstein, 47, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disregarded a stop sign and drove motor vehicle while license suspended/revoked.
Tylor M. Naranjo, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order.
James R. Wich, 31, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
Marian M. Odell, 46, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $300 bond.
Samuel A. White Jr., 61 of Paonia was arrested and jailed for alleged driving on roadway laned for traffic, violation of a restraining order, drove motor vehicle without valid license and displayed fictitious license plates.
Citations: Twelve tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, seven for speeding.

Democratic candidate Jere Lowe reported his campaign signs are being stolen or damaged.
During a vehicle identification number (VIN) inspection, a 2004 Dodge pickup was discovered stolen from New Mexico. The pickup had been given to a Crawford landlord in lieu of a rent payment. The pickup was impounded pending action by New Mexico authorities.
Sheriff's deputies issued warnings to a number of marijuana growers whose crops are visible to those passing by. To comply with state statute, any person lawfully cultivating marijuana must keep it in an enclosed and locked space.
Sheriff's deputies were asked to check an address on Alkali Basin Road outside of Delta, where animals appear to be neglected. In addition, there's a growing pile of trash that's being blown into a neighbor's yard.
During a visit to his bank, a Hotchkiss man realized checks had been stolen from his checkbook. They were being used to obtain cash from several local businesses.
A witness who saw a television being stolen from Walmart followed the suspect's vehicle to an address on Pioneer Road. He called dispatch with the address. Sheriff's deputies assisted the Delta Police Department with the investigation.
A party of six adults and children riding ATVs in the 'dobies between Trap Club Road and Eckert lost their way. Deputies escorted them back to the road.
During the installation of an air conditioning unit at a house on L75 Road in Paonia, a small fire broke out. The installer was able to put the fire out; damage was minor.
A rollover accident was reported at about 2:30 p.m. near 18600 3100 Road. A Jeep Cherokee reportedly hit the edge of the shoulder and tipped over onto the driver's side door. Injuries were minor. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
A Delta area woman reported her estranged husband was texting threats to both her and her kids.
A shop behind a residence on Surface Creek Road was broken into. Stolen items included a Howa 1500 7 mm rifle valued at $1,500, a DeWalt 18-volt drill valued at $300, a DeWalt 20-impact driver valued at $200 and a Bosch drill driver valued at $200. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at 874-8810.
During a fishing trip on Grand Mesa, a 60-year-old Michigan man became separated from his fishing buddy. After searching for his buddy for an hour, the Michigan man called dispatch, concerned because his buddy has health issues. While the ambulance and search and rescue were mobilizing, the fishing buddy was located. He was fine.
A two-car accident was reported at the intersection of SW 9th and Highway 65 in Cedaredge. The investigation was handled by the Cedaredge Police Department.
A Hotchkiss woman reported her daughter was being threatened on Facebook by a female teenager who vowed to post nude photos and make her life "a living hell."
