Farrell S. Brunemeier, 20, of Austin was arrested and jailed on two warrants with a total $550 bond.
Christopher D. Vinton, 47, of Red Springs, Mo., was issued a ticket for alleged parked vehicle more than 12 inches from the curb after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 400 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Randy J. Waddington, and Lisa D. Waddington, 37, both of Delta, were issued a ticket for alleged rabies control, animal attacks and running at large prohibited.
Dwain A. McCarty, 69, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on E. 7th Street at Pioneer Road. One person sustained injures of an unknown severity. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Michelle L. Lane, 42, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order.
Jacquie L. Weger, 54, of Montrose was issued a ticket for alleged theft.
George G. Lynette, 63, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged disregarded a stop sign, DUI and DUI per se.
Davey R. Kilcoyne, 29, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $2,000 bond.
Citations: 28 tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, 21 for speeding.

From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
A woman reported the theft of two black lab puppies from her home on Escalante Road. A short time later, she found a Facebook post about two "found" black lab puppies. The woman contacted the individual who posted the found puppies, but she said she'd taken them to an animal shelter. Sheriff's deputies have located the puppies in Cortez and are trying to sort out whether the "found" puppies are the "lost" puppies.
Joseph Daniel Mock, 63, of Paonia was involved in a motorcycle accident on Highway 133 near Paonia at about 5:30 a.m. North Fork Ambulance transported him to Delta County Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released. The Colorado State Patrol is handling the investigation.
Sheriff's deputies are investigating the disappearance of a 16-year-old boy from Crawford. It's possible he was taken by his mother, who had terminated her parental rights.
A caretaker reported he was holding two trespassers at gunpoint. It was determined the trespassers were real estate agents who were listing the property outside of Cedaredge. The owners had failed to inform the individual they'd asked to watch their place.
A warrant was issued for Kaysha Devlin, 25, of Eckert after she failed to return to jail after a medical furlough. She also failed to make a court appearance Monday morning. Judge Steven Schultz put her cases on hold until she can be located.
The theft of a 2006 Rockwell camper was reported from Cougar Mountain Road, Austin. The owner said the camp trailer was parked on a piece of property he rarely visits, so it could have been missing for up to a month. The trailer was later located in Delta, by a homeowner who had been out of town and found the trailer parked at his home when he returned. A suspect has been identified; the investigation is ongoing.
William Weitzel, 61, of Delta was involved in a motorcycle accident on Austin Road near Austin at about 4 a.m. He was transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital. The investigation is being handled by the Colorado State Patrol, which is trying to determine if alcohol was a contributing factor.
A Hotchkiss area resident found his cat deceased on his neighbor's property. He believed the cat had been shot, but deputies were unable to confirm. He was advised a necropsy would be required, at his expense, if he wished to proceed with the case.
A Cedaredge area resident reported the back window of her 1984 Mercedes parked in her driveway had been broken out.
A Paonia area woman returned home to find her door open and her pet outside. Nothing appeared to be missing.
Joshua Breeden, 28, of Delta was involved in a one-car accident in the 2700 block of Grand Mesa Drive, Cedaredge. He was examined by the ambue crew but not transported.
Jones previously faced three counts in the shooting of Ryan Redifer in Paonia on Jan. 12, 2018 -- assault in the first degree, assault in the second degree and violation of a protection order.
