Officers responded to a residence in the 500 block of Glen Way on a disturbance. Ray Anthony Lopez, 47, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a restraining order, obstruction of Government operations, resisting arrest and assault in the second degree on a peace officer.
Officers responded to the area of W. 6th and Palmer Streets on a report of a disturbance. Christopher Adrian Rubalcaba, 35, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment.
An officer responded to 101 Highway 92 on a report of a shoplifting incident.
Officers responded to a medical emergency at a residence in the 1700 block of E. 7th Street.
Officers responded to the intersection of Highway 50 at H-38 Road for a two-vehicle crash involving a passenger car and a semi truck. One driver was transported by Delta County Ambulance to Delta County Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. Brian H. Baldwin, 57, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged following too closely, careless driving, failed to present evidence of insurance, drove under the influence of alcohol and open container- alcohol.
Officers responded to the 800 block of Meeker Street for a three vehicle crash involving two parked vehicles. One person was injured and transported by Delta County Ambulance to Delta County Memorial Hospital for treatment. Tammy Denise Pannell, 50, of Clifton was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving, failed to present evidence of insurance and failed to display valid registration.
A theft was reported in the 600 block of W. 4th Street.

Officers responded to the intersection of Highway 50 and H-38 Road for a two-vehicle crash. No injuries were reported or observed. Chayse Dillon Roy, 20, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way at a signal light and drove a motor vehicle while license cancelled/denied.
A 16-year-old male of Delta was arrested and jailed on two warrants with no bonds. The juvenile was transported to Grand Mesa Youth Services.

Officers responded to 1410 Valley View Drive on a 911 text reporting suspicious activity. Jason William Kuykendall, 47, of Eckert was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a protection order.
A bag with documents and identifications for several people were found at Alta Convenience, 1430 Highway 50 North.

An officer responded to Walmart on a report of a hit and run accident. No injuries were reported or observed.
Steven Ellis Eisele, 51, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged third degree assault as an act of domestic violence.
Christopher Daniels Johnson, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $750 bond.

Vonda Lea Custsinger is facing charges of assault and second degree criminal mischief after an incident involving a 62-year-old female. The Delta County Sheriff's Office reports she sustained obvious injuries to her face and bruising on her chest during an incident that occurred on Nov. 22.
Deputies were asked to check a home on German Creek Lane, Paonia, which had been burglarized a few weeks earlier. During that incident, which occurred while the homeowners were out of town, a set of keys was stolen. Deputies checked the property thoroughly but found no sign of entry or occupancy.
In an attempt to locate a 17-year-old runaway from Mesa County, deputies visited her boyfriend's house in Austin. He was argumentative and when they attempted to remove him from the premises so they could continue their search, he shoved the deputies. Jesus Muñoz, 20, of Austin, was charged with obstructing a peace officer and harboring a minor runaway. The 17-year-old female first hid in the house, then tried to escape law enforcement. She was taken into custody on two outstanding warrants and also charged with obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. She was transported to Grand Mesa Youth Services in Grand Junction.
Daniel Lee Miller, 26, of Delta was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving causing bodily injury after a one-car rollover near the intersection of Trap Club and Fairview roads. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation of the crash, which occurred at about 10 p.m. Miller was also found to be driving under restraint and to be operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Deputies were dispatched to a home on Peony Lane, Paonia, at about 10 p.m., after the resident reported her house was filling with smoke. By the time they arrived on the scene, Paonia firefighters had cooled down the chimney fire that caused the smoke. There was no apparent damage to the house.
A resident of Old Wagon Road reported the theft of a computer and saw from her home.
A confrontation at the Crawford United Methodist Church resulted in summons for third degree criminal trespass for Rory Rundle and Christine Guyer.
An Orchard City resident reported threats were being made toward her daughter on social media.
At about 1:15 p.m., sheriff's deputies assisted the Delta Police Department with an assault involving a knife at 120 W. 6th Street.
Courtesy transport was provided for the occupants of a Ram 1500 that got stuck in the snow on Old Grand Mesa Road above Cedaredge. The pickup was occupied by two adults and three children.
At about 10 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the intersection of 7th and Hartig where a motorist was reportedly slumped over the steering wheel of a running vehicle. Deputies were able to wake up the driver, Christian Duran, 26, of Eckert. After detecting a strong odor of alcohol, he was asked to perform roadside maneuvers. He was ultimately charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license under restraint, and violation of restraining orders prohibiting the use or possession of alcohol. During the arrest, deputies allegedly found brass knuckles in Duran's pocket, resulting in an additional charge of possession of an illegal weapon.
A Cedaredge area man reported the theft of a handgun from his home on Timothy Road.
A collaborative effort between the Delta County Sheriff's Office and municipal law enforcement agencies throughout Delta County has resulted in a proposal for a 1 percent sales tax increase to fund public safety. A PowerPoint presentation titled "Back the Badge" is starting to make the rounds at city/town council meetings, service club luncheons and other events.
