Jessica A. Puckett, 28, of Olathe was issued a ticket for alleged theft and drove a motor vehicle while license revoked.
Colleen D. Koenig, 23, of Denver was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way at a stop sign after being involved in a two-vehicle crash at W. 5th Street and Confluence Drive. No injuries were reported or observed. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Jacob G. Jones, 32, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with no bond.
Brian K. Burstein, 48, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $5,000 bond.
Scott F. Parks, 54, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged criminal mischief.
Blane D. Chesleigh, 57, of Colorado Springs was arrested and jailed for alleged unlawful acts.
Frederick A. Crine, 50, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged unlawful acts.
Jacob S. Pierce, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with no bond.

Jose C. Palomino-Meraz, 68, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failed to yield right of way from a stop sign after being involved in a two-vehicle crash on Confluence Drive at Highway 348. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Kenneth A. Bever, 45, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $300 bond.
Mikel G. Sheets, 33, of Delta and Alexander J. Jensen, 22, of Delta were each issued a ticket for alleged third degree assault.
Christina R. Burr, 36, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Cruz D. Palomino, 29, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged disorderly conduct.
Heather D. McRay, 25, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Citations: Eight tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, four for speeding.

A resident on B Road inquired whether video cameras installed on neighboring property could be considered stalking.
Deputies were asked to assist a Colorado State Park ranger with a domestic incident near E Road and Highway 50. The dispute was verbal, not physical. The two parties were separated and sent on their way.
Deputies were asked to check on a cat that allegedly been locked in a camper with food and water for five days.
At about 6 p.m., Delta County Search and Rescue and Delta County Ambulance were dispatched to assist a woman who fell ill while hiking Crag Crest Trail. The 54-year-old Eckert woman made it off the trail safely and was checked at the scene.
A man covered in coal was observed jumping from car to car on a Union Pacific train headed westbound toward Delta in the Austin area. The train was stopped, but the subject had apparently jumped off when it slowed down. Deputies were able to locate Simon Austin, 31, from Texas and issue a summons for third degree trespass.
At about 4:30 p.m., a fire was reported at 41074 Lamborn Drive, Paonia. By the time deputies arrived on scene, Paonia Fire had extinguished the fire and cleared the scene. The fire caused minimal damage and was blamed on faulty wiring on a closet light.
At about 5:30 p.m., sheriff's deputies Jason Warth and Ryan Sparks were involved in a minor accident at the sheriff's office. One of the deputies was backing out of a parking spot at the same time the other deputy was pulling in. One of the patrol vehicles suffered minor damage. The Colorado State Patrol is handling the investigation.
Donald Romero, 53, of Whitewater laid down his motorcycle on Highway 50 near Escalante Canyon Road at about 5:30 p.m. Romero and an unidentified passenger were transported to Delta County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. The Colorado State Patrol is handling the investigation.
Deputies were contacted about a 12-year-old girl who sent nude photos to her boyfriend, who then shared them on social media.
At about midnight, deputies were contacted by a 26-year-old Delta man who said he was lost in the 'dobies north of Delta. Earlier in the day, he was exploring the area in a 1997 Kia passenger car and got stuck. When he tried to walk out, he got confused. Deputies were dispatched to the area. The man saw their flashing lights and was able to walk out. He said he would recover the car the next day.
The election results are in at the local, state and national level, and as expected, Democrats are doing well in state and national races. Colorado has elected Jared Polis as governor; nationally the Republicans appear to retain control of the Senate while Democrats now control the House of Representative.
With a ballot full of local and state measures, voter turnout in Delta County topped 71%, with 15,889 ballots cast. Statewide, voter turnout was just over 52%.
Of the three Delta County residents seeking state offices, Matt Soper won over Thea Chase in State Representative Dist. 54; Mike Mason lost to Julie McCluskie in State Representative Dist. 61; and Olen Lund lost to Kerry Donovan in State Senate Dist. 5.
Locally, in the City of Delta voters rejected a .5% sales tax increase to fund recreation, as well as recreational marijuana sales. The sale of medical marijuana and cultivation/manufacturing facilities was approved by a slim margin. Delta voters also gave the city the green light to move forward with selling or trading the Cottonwood and Riverbend Park, and to sell the old Municipal Light and Power Building.
