Officers responded to the area of W. 2nd Street and Palmer Street for a two-vehicle accident involving a parked vehicle and a tree. One person was injured.
At 10:55 p.m., officers responded to Safeway for a theft in progress. Diana Joaquine Lopez, 20, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged theft, possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and special offender in possession of a weapon. Gary Don Bryson, 57, of Montrose was arrested and jailed for alleged theft, possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and special offender in possession of a weapon.
Christa Marie Moulder, 41, of Eckert was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a restraining order.
George Walter Bryant, 34, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $400 bond.

Harold Andrew Suazo, 41, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged driving while license revoked - double habitual traffic offender.
Anthony Mark Evans, 31, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged lighted tail lamps required, driving a motor vehicle while license revoked - HTO, failed to present valid registration and failed to provide evidence of insurance.
Samuel Alan Montoya, 66, of Cedaredge was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $250 bond.
Code enforcement responded to a residence to take custody of a dog reportedly "left alone" or abandoned at the dog park at Confluence. Samuel Alan Montoya, 66, of Cedaredge was issued a ticket for alleged animal cruelty.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of E. 3rd Street and Meeker Street. Amanda Lydia Sena, 33, of Cedaredge was issued a ticket for alleged failure to yield right of way from a stop sign. There were no injuries.
Jeffery Dean Nutter, 64, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged violation of a restraining order.
An officer responded to Garnet Mesa Elementary School to take a report concerning suspicious activity.
A medicinal marijuana compliance check was conducted at a residence in Delta.
An officer responded to the McDonald's area for an accident involving a vehicle that reportedly crashed into a fire hydrant and continued onto Highway 50. Brandon Cruz Cardera, 48, of Hayward, Calif., was arrested and jailed for alleged careless driving and DUI.
Katelyn Ella Cook, 25, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged shoplifting.
George Walter Bryant, 34, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged trespass at Delta Timber, 519 Highway 92.
Andrew Wayne Muth, 48, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged running at large, rabies vaccination required and license required.
Kristal Kay Kaiser, 29, of Delta was arrested and jailed on a warrant with no bond.
An officer responded to a burglary in the 700 block of 1600 Road.
Seth Lakota Brave, 23, of Delta was arrested and jailed on two warrants with a total of $2,400 in bonds.
Officers responded to the area of 1090 E. 5th Street on a report of suspicious activity. Matthew Stuart Swain, 24, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged accessory to a crime.

Deputies responded to an unattended death on Graff Road, Delta. Investigation revealed Irvin Ellis, 64, was the victim of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning. A dog and several cats in various stages of distress were carried away from the structure. Ellis was residing in a 12x20-foot structure equipped with a large propane heater.
At about 2 a.m., deputies responded to a one-vehicle traffic accident on Highway 133 about a mile east of Paonia. The Colorado State Patrol handled the investigation.
An incident of criminal mischief was reported at a home on 3700 Road, Hotchkiss. The back door of the residence had been kicked in, but nothing appeared to be missing.
Anthony Mark Evans, 32, of Delta was arrested following an attempted traffic stop on Silver Street in Delta. Evans reportedly attempted to elude a deputy by running inside a residence, but tripped and fell before being apprehended. The K-9 unit was brought in for an exterior air sniff around his vehicle. Indications were positive for illegal narcotics/controlled substances. Evans was booked into Delta County Jail. He is charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no registration card in vehicle and violation of bail bond conditions.
Deputies responded to a complaint about electricity being turned off to a housing unit on Rogers Mesa. Deputies determined the complaint to be civil in nature.
The K-9 team was brought in for an air sniff at Delta Middle School at the request of school administrators.
Deputies assisted Child Protective Services in the removal of five children from a home in Eckert.
A Cedaredge area mother reported her daughter was in a vehicle headed toward Utah, and she believed the vehicle also contained individuals with outstanding arrest warrants. Deputies determined the report to be for informational purposes only after they learned the daughter is over the age of 18.
At about 4 a.m., deputies were advised of a vehile parked across the Union Pacific Railroad tracks near the intersection with Mathews Lane near the town of Paonia. After investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Gary Handelin of Carson City, Nev., was arrested for DUI per se.
Deputies responded to an animal control incident on Pansy Road near Delta. The dog owner was given a verbal warning for dogs at large.
Numerous household items were reported stolen from a residence on O Road near Paonia.
Deputies conducted a welfare check on a female party who was potentially suicidal.
Deputies contacted a livestock owner on Happy Hollow Road about a cow that is consistently out and in the roadway.
The theft of two sky lights was reported from an address on Highway 65 near Austin.
A suspicious juvenile was reported to be wandering around the area of Dover Road, near Delta. The juvenile was located and given a courtesy transport to his residence past Paonia.
Deputies responded to a possible overdose at an address near Hotchkiss. The potentially suicidal female was placed on an M-1 hold.
As a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 92 and Grand Avenue in Delta, a stolen handgun was recovered and an arrest was made.
Deputies responded to a dog at large complaint on Stingley Gulch Road near Hotchkiss. The owner was issued a written warning.
Deputies investigated a possible disturbance on R Road near Cedaredge. The reporting party advised she had been assaulted and was being pursued by her attacker. Deputies were unable to locate anyone in the area that could have been involved in the altercation.
An Eckert resident reported he had sold an item on Craigs-list and received a cashier's check in excess of the sale price. When he went to his bank, he was advised the check was fraudulent.
