Officers responded to a residence in the 1400 block of Maple Way looking for a wanted person. Kevin David Dodson, 38, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged resisting arrest.

A two-vehicle accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 92 and Highway 50. Eve Christine Owens, 54, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failure to present evidence of insurance.
Hector Medina, 42, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failure to verify location as a sex offender.
Officers responded to Subway, 220 N. Palmer Street, on a report of a suspicious person. Bill Bernard Thorn, 47, of Paonia was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $300 bond.
Code enforcement responded to Garnet Mesa Elementary School for a dog running loose in the area. The small dog was taken to TAILS for safekeeping. The owner claimed the dog a short time later and was given a verbal warning for the dog, running at large prohibited.
Officers stopped a vehicle at Confluence Drive and W. 5th Street on a Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately (REDDI) report. Rebecca Olonia Eilts, 42, of Montrose was arrested and jailed for alleged weaving and driving under the Influence (alcohol).
Officers responded to the 1000 block of E. 13th Street on a report of a two-vehicle accident. One person was checked by Delta County Ambulance District on scene. Gail Gibson, 49, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged following too closely. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Officers responded to a burglary in the 600 block of Silver Street. A 12-year-old male of Delta was arrested and jailed at Grand Mesa Youth Services for alleged burglary. A 19-year-old male of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged third degree trespass.
SRO Reece responded to a two-vehicle accident at Delta High School. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
Code enforcement picked up a dog running loose in the 600 block of E. 4th Street. The dog was returned to its owner. The owner was given a verbal warning for city animal license required, rabies vaccination required and running at large prohibited.
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired temporary plates. Chante Stephanie Martinez, 29, of Montrose was arrested and jailed for alleged registration required, driving a vehicle while license revoked (HTO), failed to present evidence of insurance, registration violation, introduction of contraband, unlawful possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance and two counts of child abuse - simple.
An officer responded to the area of 3rd and Main for a man causing a disturbance. The described male was located at 2nd and Main where he then entered a structure in the 200 block of Main Street. Lyle David Nitzel, 46, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged second degree criminal tampering and second degree burglary.
Ashley Nicole Groda, 30, of Delta was arrested and jailed on eight warrants with a total of $28,000 in bonds.
An officer responded to the hospital on a report of a possible sexual assault involving a child.
Bobby Joe Romero, 31, of Grand Junction was arrested and jailed on two warrants with a total of $3,000 in bonds.
Officers responded to the intersection of E. 3rd Street and Cedar Street on a report of a vehicle versus bicycle accident. One juvenile male sustained non-serious injuries and was transported by Delta County Ambulance District. Rachelle Catherine Smith, 30, of Eckert was issued a ticket for alleged careless driving.
Officers responded to the intersection of Main Street and 3rd Street on a report of a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported or observed.
An officer responded to the area of North Palmer Street and Hodgin Place for a two-vehicle accident. One vehicle was parked and unattended at the time.
Officers responded to the 600 block of Fox Court on a report of an uninvited guest. A 17-year-old female of Delta was contacted and released to her guardian with a verbal warning. A 17-year-old male was issued a ticket for alleged unlawful acts - minor in possession/consumption of alcohol and juvenile loitering and released to his parent.
Officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of Grand Avenue for a disturbance. John Carr, 45, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged harassment as an act of domestic violence.

A deputy responded to Double J Recycling Center in Austin for a report of a refrigerator and freezer that had been dumped on the property Saturday. The vehicle caught on video is a newer red Dodge diesel truck driven by an older white male. The suspect faces charges of littering.
Deputies responded to a report of theft at a residence on Happy Hollow Road near Cedaredge. Suspects have been identified.
Deputies investigated a harassment complaint filed by a Delta area woman. After investigation, it was determined no crime had been committed.
At about 10:41 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on W. Main Street in Cedaredge. The vehicle was found to be stolen from the Salt Lake City area. Bryan Dille of Eckert, the driver of the vehicle, was arrested and booked into the Delta County Jail for aggravated motor vehicle theft and several traffic violations.
An Austin resident reported his credit card information had been fraudulently used to make online purchases in the amount of $800.
At about 1:50 p.m., deputies responded to a motorcycle crash in the 14000 block of G Road near Delta. The rider, Jesus Morales of Delta, was transported to the hospital with injuries to his head.
The theft of a go-kart was reported from property on Fairview Road, Austin.
At about 9:44 p.m., deputies responded to the 2500 block of South Grand Mesa Drive for a single vehicle rollover crash. Two occupants were treated on the scene by Delta County Ambulance District.
Deputies received a request for assistance from hikers on the McCarty Trailhead on Escalante Canyon Road. A group of horseback riders quickly helped reunite a female hiker with her two male companions.
Deputies responded to Delta County Memorial Hospital to take a report of an OHV accident. One adult male was being treated for a foot injury after his Polaris RZR rolled over while he was attempting to cross a creek in Escalante Canyon.
Deputies responded to an address on Highway 92 near Crawford for a report of a juvenile male party exiting a vehicle and running away. Deputies learned the young man was angry at his father, who was driving the vehicle.
On May 1, the Cedaredge board of trustees met for a special meeting to appropriate an additional $35,000 from reserves as a loan to the golf course fund.
These funds will be used to purchased a used turf utility vehicle, a spray rig, and to make improvements to the kitchen and dining area of the restaurant.
