From the Delta Police Department:
Five juveniles from Delta and two juveniles from Eckert were issued tickets for alleged minor in possession of marijuana.
Amy J. Mummert, 40, of Delta was issued a ticket for alleged failure to yield right of way from a private drive after being involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 100 block of Gunnison River Drive. No injuries were reported or observed. One vehicle was towed from the scene.
Amy J. Baudien, 44, of Grand Junction was arrested and jailed for alleged leaving the scene of an accident, DUI and driving while license revoked after being involved in a single vehicle crash into a building in the 100 block of W. 4th Street No injuries were reported or observed. The vehicle involved was towed. The "Davis Clothing" building sustained significant damage.
Kevin W. Vincent, 24, of Cedaredge was arrested and transferred to Montrose Police Department on a warrant with a $220 bond.
Hector Medina, 39, of Delta was arrested and jailed for alleged menacing, obstruction of telephone service, harassment and two counts of child abuse.
Ryan D. Gana, 25, of Clifton was arrested and jailed on a warrant with a $500 bond.
Three tickets for traffic violations were issued this week, two for speeding.

From the Delta County Sheriff's Office (partial list):
A burglary was reported at an unoccupied residence on Happy Hollow Road, Cedaredge. A neighbor had called the out-of-town property owner to report the gate to the property had been lifted off the hinges and removed. Deputies discovered the door to a shop had been forced open. Missing items included wall pictures, a cedar chest, ammunition, two skill saws (one a Roby), jewelry, a television, a computer printer and miscellaneous smaller items. The case is under investigation.
The theft of two wooden bar stools, a Hitachi chop saw, a Black & Decker drill and drill bits was reported from a house being remodeled on Fire Mountain Road, Paonia.
Cedaredge firefighters and deputies responded to a fire on Hidden Mesa Road, Austin, at about 3 p.m. The property owner had been burning wood when the fire got out of control and consumed a boat that had no value. The property owner was issued a warning about conducting an agricultural burn without first notifying dispatch.
Michael Golay, 32, of Boulder was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license after a single car accident in Crawford. Golay reportedly crashed his 1994 Chevrolet Blazer into a large tree on Fir Avenue around 11 p.m.
The election results are in at the local, state and national level, and as expected, Democrats are doing well in state and national races. Colorado has elected Jared Polis as governor; nationally the Republicans appear to retain control of the Senate while Democrats now control the House of Representative.
With a ballot full of local and state measures, voter turnout in Delta County topped 71%, with 15,889 ballots cast. Statewide, voter turnout was just over 52%.
Of the three Delta County residents seeking state offices, Matt Soper won over Thea Chase in State Representative Dist. 54; Mike Mason lost to Julie McCluskie in State Representative Dist. 61; and Olen Lund lost to Kerry Donovan in State Senate Dist. 5.
Locally, in the City of Delta voters rejected a .5% sales tax increase to fund recreation, as well as recreational marijuana sales. The sale of medical marijuana and cultivation/manufacturing facilities was approved by a slim margin. Delta voters also gave the city the green light to move forward with selling or trading the Cottonwood and Riverbend Park, and to sell the old Municipal Light and Power Building.
