Tunget Gymnastics had five Gold Level gymnasts compete at the Gold State Meet on April 5-7.
Harlee Signs was tied for third on bars and 12th all around; Kacey Walck was third on bars, beam and all around and fifth on vault and bars; Natalie Mills was tied for second on bars and 12th all around; Ashley Webster was third on vault and 10th all around; Adair Ela was fifth on floor and eigth all around.
Bronze and Silver
Tunget's also had gymnasts compete in Bronze and Silver Level events in Rifle on April 20.
In Bronze Level, Kenna Cook was third on vault and 6th all around; Bailey Loy was second on vault and floor, fifth on bars and eigth all around; Elisha Ostrom was sixth all around.
At the Silver Level, Zoey Leon was fifth on bars and eighth all around; Arlie Moore was third on beam and sixth all around; Faith Howard was seventh all around; Nevaeh Leon was fourth on bars and fifth all around and Sarah Aye finished second on vault, floor and all around, was third on bars and fourth on beam.
On May 1, the Cedaredge board of trustees met for a special meeting to appropriate an additional $35,000 from reserves as a loan to the golf course fund.
These funds will be used to purchased a used turf utility vehicle, a spray rig, and to make improvements to the kitchen and dining area of the restaurant.
