According to the press release, Gash will open the real estate office in early 2022, renovate the old office space vacated by the former tenant. He will begin exterior improvements to the building sometime next year.
United Country Real Estate Western Land & Lifestyle Properties’ new office is intended to give the community greater access to buying and selling lifestyle properties in western Colorado. Gash’s brokerage specializes in listing homes, farms, ranches, cabins and hunting, fishing and other lifestyle properties on the western slope.
He has also invested in a 50-acre agricultural property in Delta and a commercial lot outside Cedaredge, poised for future development.
Since opening its doors in 2020, the brokerage has made a splash in the local real estate market, such as closing on the $3 million sale of Bear Slide Ranch, which was under contract after only five months on the market. Gash attributes his success to his real estate marketing strategy, which hyper-targets prospective buyers across the nation. He recently hired an experienced marketing director and plans to expand further by strategically adding passionate brokers to the team, the press release said.
