On Dec. 7, 2019, at the Delta County Livestock Association’s annual banquet, the Black Mesa CattleWomen honored Shirley Cotten as its 2019 CattleWoman of the Year.
Crawford’s “Old-Timers/Newcomer’s Potluck and Presentation of the Of the Year” dignitaries for business, non-profit, volunteer and teacher will take place Saturday, Feb.8, beginning at 5 p.m. in the upstairs of the Crawford Town Hall.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office will hold its third Citizens’ Police Academy for Delta County residents. The Academy at the Technical College of the Rockies. Classes will be held every Thursday from 6–9 p.m., starting on March 5, and will run through May 21.
This fall Delta County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) will partner with the Delta County Health Department to offer flu clinics at the DCMH 2020 health fair and early blood draw events.
