On Nov. 11, Delta County released a press release stating the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has informed Delta County Public Health Department of two new outbreak sites -- Horizons Care Center and Gateway Residential Services

An outbreak is defined as two positive cases at the same location, within a 14 day period. According to the release Delta County has experienced a total of eight outbreak sites since the beginning of the pandemic, and four are currently active. The other four outbreak sites are no longer active. For additional information on outbreak sites in Delta County and throughout Colorado, visit covid19.colorado.gov/covid19-outbreak-data.
