1953 hours An officer conducted a pedestrian contact at the Lions Pavilion. As a result, Tara Oakes was arrested on a warrant out of the Mesa County Sheriff’s Office and transported to Delta County Jail.

2333 hours An officer was dispatched to the 1700 Block of Pioneer Circle for a disturbance.

Dec. 28

0425 hours An officer responded to the 100 Block of Garnet Avenue for a possible domestic violence incident. As a result, Cable Rhode was arrested on charges of domestic violence and a no bond warrant for domestic violence out of Delta County and transported to Delta County Jail.

0859 hours An officer responded to Days Inn for a report of a cold domestic disturbance. After further investigation, Rubee Ramage was arrested on charges of domestic violence, third degree assault, violation of a protection order and three counts of child abuse. She was transported to Delta County Jail.

1225 hours An officer responded to the 1700 Block of Pioneer Circle for the report of an elderly female not conscious and not breathing. The Delta County Ambulance crew was not able to locate a pulse on the female.

1900 hours An officer received a call of a possible dog bite from staff at Delta Health. Animal Control was informed and the dog was put on in-home quarantine.

Dec. 29

0044 hours An officer responded to Delta Health for the report of a dog bite. Animal Control and the Delta Health Department were notified.

1329 hours An officer responded to Delta Health for an agency assist.

1458 hours An officer was located at the Maverik gas station when contacted by a juvenile patrol officer from Denver concerning a wanted person. As a result, Damion Bloodgood was arrested on a felony parole warrant and transported to Delta County Jail.

1600 hours Animal Control responded to Highway 50 and H25 Road for a brown and white cattle dog running at large. The dog was impounded and taken to Roice-Hurst Humane Society.

1800 hours Animal Control responded to the 500 Block of Palmer Street for the report of a white and orange cat in the alley. The cat was impounded and taken to Roice-Hurst Humane Society.

0802 hours An officer received a telephone call of a possible protection order violation at Days Inn. As a result, Rubee Ramage was arrested on charges of protection order violation and transported to Delta County Jail.

0815 hours An officer was dispatched to the 203 Ute Street (Mr. Detector) for a report of a burglary.

1217 hours Animal Control responded to 1410 Valley View Drive for the report of a lost dog.

1230 hours Animal Control responded to Wide Acres Mobile Home Park for the report of a dog at large. As a result, a red and white Aussie and a brown pit bull were impounded and transported to Roice-Hurst Humane Society.

1320 hours Animal Control responded to US Bank for the report of a dog running at large. As a result, Jennifer Gutierrez was issued a citation for charges of failure to vaccinate, running at large and animal creating a nuisance.

2025 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Howard Street and Highway 50. As a result, Jennifer Davis was issued a summons for charges of failure to present insurance, fictitious plates and failure to display headlights. The license plates were removed and placed into evidence.

1623 hours Cody Dean Newitt, 36, was arrested on Jan. 7 on a Delta County warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Detention Facility on this date.

2121 hours Cameron Tallent, 31, was taken into custody for a protection order violation.

1641 hours Kyle McCarty, 25, was seen traveling in a vehicle south on Highway 65 in the Cory Store area. McCarty is known to have his license revoked due to being a habitual traffic offender.
